Welcome to the Tuckahoe Housing Authority.

It is my privilege to serve the residents of this community as Executive Director. Our mission is to provide quality, affordable housing while serving our residents with professionalism, integrity, compassion, and exceptional customer service. My vision is to build an organization that is responsive, transparent, innovative, and committed to continuously improving the services we provide.

Since joining the Housing Authority, we have begun modernizing our operations, improving communication, updating policies and procedures, enhancing technology, and strengthening relationships with our residents, community partners, and local government. These efforts are focused on creating a Housing Authority that our residents are proud to call home.

This website is an important part of that commitment. It is designed to provide residents, landlords, applicants, and members of the public with easy access to information, forms, announcements, services, and important updates.

A Community Across Generations

Nearly one out of every four residents living at the Tuckahoe Housing Authority is a senior citizen, while more than one out of every five residents is a child. Together, seniors and children make up 45.2% of our resident population.
